Terms & Conditions

All lesson bookings are provisional until confirmed by a member of the iDrive Auto team. Confirmation is subject to instructor availability in your area.

By submitting a booking request you confirm that you hold a valid UK provisional driving licence and that all information provided is accurate.

Payment is required in full before lessons begin. Package prices are as displayed on the website at the time of booking.

iDrive Auto reserves the right to update pricing. Any price change will not affect a booking that has already been confirmed and paid.

You must give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full and the session will be forfeited.

If iDrive Auto cancels a lesson, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost or refunded in full at your choice.

Unused lessons from a package may be refunded at the per-lesson rate, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given before the next scheduled lesson.

Refunds are not available for lessons already taken or for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice.

Learners are expected to arrive on time, sober, and in a fit state to drive. iDrive Auto reserves the right to cancel a lesson without refund if a learner arrives unfit to drive.

Any behaviour that puts the instructor, learner, or other road users at risk may result in immediate termination of the lesson and cancellation of remaining sessions without refund.

iDrive Auto carries full public liability and motor insurance. Our instructors are DVSA approved and fully licensed.

iDrive Auto is not liable for any loss arising from a learner failing their driving test, for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

Personal data collected during booking (name, email, phone, postcode) is used solely to arrange and confirm your lessons. It is not shared with third parties except where required to process your booking.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing enquiries@idrive-auto.co.uk.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
